I searched and couldn't really find what I am looking for. I have an insert where only bout 4 1/2 inches are avail to place any type of humidifier pot on. What works, what do you use?

I have a steamer kettle; but if I want to increase the humidity (because it's really cold out) I have an auxiliary method. Buy a $1.00 aluminum "meatloaf" pan at the grocery store & fill with water. It ain't real pretty & will need to be replaced; but will get you by for awhile.
