When quittin time comes I'll be off like a shot to light her up.

Any advise on initial burns (windows open to air out the stench)?

I was planning on at least 200 for the first fire, then 500, then 700. Is that a good plan?

Window open a crack . . . be aware that your smoke detectors may go off . . . don't be alarmed if the glass blackens up on the break-in fires . . . and don't be alarmed if the fire or heat seems less than impressive . . . when you do your first "real" fires you will see what these stoves can do.
