We are trying to install a Harman P38 in the corner of our family room. It will be a tight fit because there is a window nearby, an electrical outlet, a stud and it will exit close to an inside corner outside. In order to meet clearance requirements, can we angle the vent cap away from the inside corner so that it is a minimum of 12 inches from the corner?

You need the vent to be 12 inches from the outside corner of the house (horizontal). You can move the pipe outside (angle) to make it 12 inches away. You also need to be 4 feet from the window or 18 inches if you install an air kit with the stove. Make sure that you stove also meets the interior clearances to combustibles from the rear corners of the stove stop (not the hopper) which I believe to be 9 inches.
