Installation Manual - Eclipse II (Horizon Research)

Someone was kind enough to send me the manual for the Eclipse II (Horizon Research) pellet stove, but the state of California says they need the installation manual before we can actually put in the stove. The manual that was sent to me is pretty basic and does not have the installation information.
If anyone can help, that would be greatly appreciated.

do you have a service manual for these stoves as well. i am looking for any info i can find
