Am looking for any tips or lessons learned on installing new gaskets on these side windows. Do I use a continouos bead or spots? Do I use caulk or do I use the door gasket sealer? Do I put the caulk on the edge of the glass or on the very rim on both side of the glass and "wrap" the gasket? This gasket is a flat ribbon of material and isn't like the rrope gaskets that go into a door channel. Any help or insight is greatly appreciated.

Hi, No big deal, just make sure you get the correct dia gasket material (I think it's 7/8"). I replaced mine on my Quadrafire 4100 last year. A little bit of the door gasket sealer to hold it in place, but it compresses quickly and stays there. I hope this helps.
