Never used it, but it isn't insulated between the 2 pipes! Heat from hot feed will bleed into cold return. Looks cheap.
 
Potable water pex is not appropriate for heating systems.

Bubble wrap is pretty close to worthless as insulation.

Looks like a good way to rust out a boiler and have a nice, snow-free path (as all the heat escapes the pipe, melting the snow).

If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is...
