Definitely interesting but lacks the light tough that sometimes is needed with a dump bed. This system is an all-or-nothing thing as far as I can tell. Nice for a big pile that you still have to do something with, just transferring the work from shoveling in the bed, to shoveling on the ground.

I'm likin' it. Maybe some sort of control on the tip to allow you to spread the contents. I'm thinking road base on my driveway.
 
I've heard of poly bed liners falling out at times. Probably not intentional.

I've seen that before and think it looks like a much more reasonable idea.
