At least he lists how many cords he has on there. Not to mention the way it's stacked, you can get a pretty accurate measurement.
Around here, I see the odd trailer sitting in a yard full of wood with a sign and a price on it. The problem is that it's rarely stacked so you can really tell what's there and they almost never make any claim to the actual amount.
