I'm setting up a Harman Accentra with a cleanout T and verticle rise inside the house. Do I need an appliance adapter to connect the stove to the T or can I connect the T directly to the stove?

You will most likely need an adapter (unless you want to try to crimp the tee down to size by yourself, as they usually come uncrimped and slightly too big to fit into the stove collar), I would get one just in case, you can always return it if it is not needed.
