Looks like alot of useful help. Hot adult drinks scheduled at the end of the day?

No but its always a nice thought....We had the boost on though from tree in the air to 4 loads in four hours. With one splitter.

Damn some of doz guyz is fugly!! ;-P

Who drew first bllod??

Ya, looks like a fun work day. I still wish I could have been there.

Also looks like you will beat the storm. Looks like some serious snow and blowing taking aim at us Jay. Not sure what your area is expecting.

Just looked Jay and here it is for Indianapolis:

UNCERTAINTY STILL EXISTS WITH THE PRECISE TRACK OF THIS SYSTEM.
ADJUSTMENTS IN THE TRACK IN LATTER FORECASTS MAY HAVE SIGNIFICANT
IMPACTS ON AREAS THAT MAY RECEIVE FREEZING RAIN OR SNOW.

AT THIS TIME...NORTH AND WEST CENTRAL INDIANA...INCLUDING THE
CITIES OF KOKOMO AND LAFAYETTE LOOK TO REMAIN COLD ENOUGH THAT ALL
OF THE PRECIPITATION SHOULD FALL IN THE FORM OF SNOW. HOWEVER
SNOWFALL MAY BE HEAVY AND SNOWFALL AMOUNTS IN EXCESS OF 10 INCHES
MAY BE POSSIBLE BY WEDNESDAY EVENING.

FARTHER SOUTH...INCLUDING THE CITIES OF TERRE
HAUTE...INDIANAPOLIS...BLOOMINGTON...NEW CASTLE AND MUNCIE...WARM
AIR IS EXPECTED TO BE PRESENT AND PRECIPITATION MAY FALL AS SLEET
OR FREEZING RAIN. SIGNIFICANT ICE ACCUMULATION IS POSSIBLE...WITH
ICE ACCUMULATION AMOUNTS NEAR ONE INCH. FURTHERMORE...STRONG WINDS
GUSTING UP TO 35 MPH ARE EXPECTED ON WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON. THIS
COMBINATION COULD RESULT IN WIDESPREAD DOWNED TREES AND POWER
LINES.

SIGNIFICANT ICE AND OR SIGNIFICANT SNOW ACCUMULATIONS ARE EXPECTED
MONDAY NIGHT INTO WEDNESDAY.

VERY COLD AIR IS EXPECTED ACROSS CENTRAL INDIANA ON THURSDAY
THROUGH FRIDAY. THIS MAY RESULT WIND CHILL VALUES BELOW ZERO.

lol, No Blood and really not even a close call other than MMAUL nick his chaps on a felling run..lol

First of all, a big thanks goes out to SmokinJay for putting this thing together. It was a great time. Everyone left w/ all the wood they could haul. When we first pulled up, Smokin gets the 880 out to cut down a fencepost so I knew it was going to be fun at that point. Unfortunately, no pics of that :(

Nothing like a little overkill!

Now for your viewing pleasure, what you all missed:

2 felling and then turn to bucking one full time bucker. 3 running splitter and loading. Felling was very stright forward.

one fell, another fell, should be more than enough to keep up. Nice work boys., Cut the horns off and skid em out.

MMAUL, but not as bad as it looks did not do anything to the splitter. He was not off by much thats a big hill there and the 4x4 had no chance of making it, so we where shooting right for it. Really come down to me I gave him the thumbs up..............

Glad the splitter was fine, how was the food?

Man I wish I could have brought the Bobcat over and a trailer, we could have loaded a big load of log lengths in the dump and trailer. Bobcat makes for some very fast logging if it's open like that. 1.5 hour drive for me I think.

Didn't get the 2nd splitter(that was the deal)! Wasn't room for it either.lol We had to pull one truck out of the snow. Very tough ground to work on, snow didn't help one bit. We where force to fell everything on that path up the hill. Needed my JD and run small loads up that step snowy hill but that didn't work out. Still got a good day 4 hours and we where pulling out. Very heavy wood and not sure what was heavier the hedge or the locust.

If you got tracks it would be sweet.
