Our Jotul unit does not have a strong flame and the blower is not putting out heat. The unit was purchased in Fall of 2018 and has only worked good for 2018-19. Sept 20 - unit cleaned by tech; 10/20 - hear explosion and tech came out, cleaned unit and blamed it on gas company not bleeding the line when filling up tank. Unit stopped working a few weeks later and tech finally came 2/21 (due to lack of employees) -tech cleaned again and replaced parts under warranty. Dec 2021 - unit will not put out heat and flames are not strong. Tech now not available for 3 months! ? We are extremely disappointed in this unit and are open thoughts from others, as to possible issues. Thanks
