jotul oslo handles question

I just got a Jotul Oslo in matte black with black handles.
does any know if these handles can be polished to look like the polished handles on the
blue black or other enamel colors?

Not sure if you mean the round wooden piece at the end of the handle, or the metal piece itself. I have the blue/black and the round wooden handle is just painted/stained black. The metal piece itself is a diff story. Im not sure what the material of yours is if its already black, perhaps its painted steel. It does get me thinking though and I believe mine are stainless steel, but I could be wrong.

The painted (Matte Black, Jotul Iron) stoves come with black painted cast iron latches...
The Enamel stoves come with chrome plated cast iron latches...
