Just in time for the cold damp day today, I got the stove brushed and cleaned last weekend. The insulation blanket on top of my cast iron burn plates is a bit fragile. So I change it about ever 3 years. I've posted this before, but some may not know they can get the insulation blanket in bulk for a fraction the price you pay from Jotul. This blanket can work in other stoves that use the same material.
