Very nice job on the part of my installer, Ean. He is a Ninja when it comes to custom duct work. Tied into the cold air return and the supply. Customer is ready to go for next year.

I don't see a "T" on the pipe coming out of the furnace on the first 90. How
will the vent pipe be cleaned? I guess by taking off the 90, right?
Or is there a "T" on the second 90, so cleaning can go both ways, and
a big brush up the first pipe off the furnace, after removing the fan
and probe.

Nice install, wish I had room for one of those at my house!

Long run of pipe....Im guessing its meant to be removed and cleaned.....

Three tumb screws will removed the combustion blower at the unit. 10' horizontal with two 45 elbows is easy to clean with a flex rod. I do not see a problem.

Eric:
Not to indicate that there was a problem.
Interesting about the thumb screws, how is it sealed?
I use a flex rod, but have a straight run from the "T".
Do you use any sealent over the screws and around the base?
What do you use, if you use anything?
Thanks

On the PF100 combustion blower there is no gasket just a wide metal to metal surface. I have found if you do not remove it every so often it will be a pain to get off. There has been some real nice improvements made to the PF-100 including removable internal panels and ignitor system.

Great looking install. Nice job on the ductwork. What was that, about $8-9K or so soup to nuts?

After trimming some fat and working some deals it came out to over $6000.00. But yes if I went suggested and billed by the hour it would have been over $7,000.00. All the duct work was custom made and back draft dampers were installed. There was also a problem found in the humidifier that we fixed.
