We have an L Shaped Wood Fireplace that is 40" wide x 32" tall x 30" deep which we are looking for some type of insert. Does anyone have any suggestions on where we should look?

Go to any hearth shop & see what they offer. No matter WHAT you decide on,
you will have to fabricate some sort of plate to hide the side of the insert.
AFIK, no one has come up with an L-shaped insert surround,
probably because it would have to be somewhat adjustable to
make up for differences in sizing...
