what do you mean by large
size of the stove or BTU

Enviro makes 2 large stove
MAXX 70KBTU 3 bag hopper
Omega 60KBTU 3 bag hopper

Avalon has a 45K btu with a 2.5 bag hopper

Breckwell well has the BIG E

Danson Group has there big pile of crap in the glowboy cheep charie what ever they are calling them now

There lots of them

For a freestanding stove, I believe the winner is the Bixby UBB, which has a claimed 70K BTU output, 300lb hopper extension and the ability to be hooked to a hot air duct system. Next up is the Harman P68 at 68K BTU's, the Quad Mt. Vernon at 60K.

I have had in my own home and have sold and installed a lot 1000+ of pellet stoves in the past 19 years
The omega is by far the easyest and best LARG pellet stove I have seen or used.
you just have to get over the draw backs
price.
Modern looking
Large size.
I little bit more Mechanical noise but not constant
UPDATE my store unit happens to be the quitest stove in my showroom .

Why stay away from the maxx???
I did not mean to sound so harsh.

For a little bit more money the Omega is a much more advanced stove with the larger self cleaning burn pot
it is like ordering a new truck for pulling your travel tailer (or some people their home) .
I would pay a a little more to get the V8 with the towing package.

NO
NOT ENOUGH ROOM IN THE BURN AREA for the large pot and agitator OR IN THE STOVE FOR ALL THE EXTRA MECHANICAL STUFF

GAWD!!! 70K btu!!!??? thats 9 count em 9 pounds an hour!!!!! if not more. it'd have to have a burn pot the size of a trash can to burn that much fuel.

He may need Hogz plutonium pellets for that one, not sure if H is still selling them. I've been burning my Hogz pellet since last year, its tough in the summer months.....
