Leaf blower trick not feasible

My chimney cap is pretty high and not easily accessable so the leaf blower trick isn’t feasible.
I was thinking of adding a 3†Tee w/ cleanout to the exhaust pipe of my insert. I’m concerned that there might not be enough room behind the stove and also assume that I’ll need to rotate the combustion blower 90* from top venting to side venting. Has anyone done this and is it worth it for easier cleanings?

not 100% sure how that works? The cleanout I'm looking at is this:

My first question deals with rotating my combustion blower, it looks pretty easy to do but I'm not sure if it's designed to operate that way.

Can help you with the combustion blower question but that replaces the cap in the bottom of the clean out. You use your vacuum to suck out ash in the vent.
