No wonder why those merry go rounds have been pulled off most every playground. Doesn't seem to matter where they are, someone will always use them in a way they were not designed. Come to think of it, similar things happen with the use of pellet stoves.

That happened to me on a Tilt-A-Whirl at the local county fair some years back... seems they plugged the 110v motor into a 440V receptacle.

Too bad Johnny Cochran isn't still around to help me with my "expenses"....
