Last year I used the leaf blower and I didn't have an oak, I blocked off the termination cap and the leaf blower worked well, blowing lots of soot and ash. This year, I installed an oak, when I ran the leaf blower, I got no soot or ash. Should I block off the oak as well as the termination cap?

I have an OAK and I never touch mine when I use the LBT.
