Not sure if it's normal, but my Husky does that too. It's annoying to find oil on the floor of the shed.
I don't know if the 359 is known to leak, but most saws will have some oil under them. The details matter.
How much oil?
How long did it take to accumulate this amount of oil?
If you clean up the oil and the saw, does the saw still produce oil even if you don't run it?
