Oh, okay. So just your buffer tank plumbed in now. Sounds like you are on your way. Let us know how that slab heats up. It will take a while at first, but once it is up to temp, you are going to love it. I have an approximately 900 sq.ft. garage with a concret slab that is heated. I keep the garage at 45 all winter. Unless I am planning on going out to work on a project on a day off. Then I might turn it up to 55. It is saaaaweeeeeeet, I tell ya! Sweet!

My shop is 900 ² ft with a suite up top, ill' be keeping it around 70 °F and hopefully it will heat the suite as well. Oh! its rum and eggnog time, gotta go.

My tip.... Do not rapidly open the upper chamber door if you have eyebrows like Andy Rooney. 'Course if you do have eyebrows like Andy and want them trimmed, rapidly open the upper door at any time.

I put a azel dual temp gauge before my danfos and after my danfos so i know where to set my ball valve on my bypass loop. When my return water temp gets above 140* I close this ball valve all the way.

Seems to be heating the buffer tank good. It does seem to leak exhaust from somewhere around the secondary chamber door. Learning not to open the top primary door until the fire is almost out.

I smell like a smoked fish. LOL. But glad to start making heat!

Also make sure its not leaking around the panel that the fan is mounted to. I think yours might be a little different then the older ones. I cant remember if yours in the new sheet metal one.
