I bought a ton of Lignetics Green label (it says hardwood on the front) and there was a quality slip from the WV plant inside. These pellets have alot of dust inside and leave more ash than any pellet I have used in 5 years of pellet use. Big disappointment !
 
Sorry to hear that.. I have 1 ton of Green Label Ligs that I got from TSC as well. They are great though.. No issues.. Good heat with not much ash..

Maybe all the bags are not like that?

Were they stored outside?

Can you return them?
 
Yes indeed, pellets can vary from lot to lot depending on the raw material variences.
