Log splitter deal, Bucks PA area

If someone in the Bucks County PA area needs a log splitter, the HD in levittown has a 12 ton 8.5 hp for $399.
Just saw it, to small for what I need, but a good deal none the less.

Excuse me!? Really? Would a couple modifications bump that up to more power? 12 is really too low for any crotch splitting.

Cylinder was pretty small, and 12 won't most of the wood I split, that's why I passed on it.

It had a hitch on it for towing behind a riding mower or ATV, but not a ball hitch. Kind of liked that, easy to put in the back of the truck.

The way people fight over them on Craigslist, thought about buying it and putting it up on CL for $600.
