Coldest day of the year and my stove is down because of broken fireboard during cleaning. I have ordered through my local dealer as instructed by the manufacturer and have waited two weeks & do not have the part. My dealer is of no help in getting this part. Does anyone know a distributor or website where I can order a piece of this material? It needs to be 1/2 inch thick by 2 ft X 1 ft.

I was told you can still burn with damaged fireboard, you'll only lose the efficiency.
