My B-I-L got some from Vermont Castings for his bread oven. But for outdoor use, maybe a used stove in need of serious rebuilding (aka cheap).
 
Maine Wood Heat doors



You could probably DIY from an old stove as BG suggested but I also think you could get a good door made by a local welder or fabricator. It would probably be made from heavy steel but could be cut to the exact dimensions you want.
