Looking for DV 36"traditional corner LP fireplace to lower level

I'm just wondering what a good reliable fireplace for 36" with fan, remote to set temp would be. I have looked at so many stores below are some considering

American Hearth - DVCP36BP
Kozy Heat - Bayport 36
Mendota - love them all because the flame is best I have seen but come with a cost
Heat & Glo - SL-7x
Heatilator - Novus NNXT4236I.

Love to hear any feedback on the above.
