question i just purchased a eko-40 my licensed plumber told me because it is not ul approved he can`t legally install it. has anybody else from maine ran into this problem. does the the state reconize the tuv nord certificate that comes with the boiler.looking for some help thanks
 
Have you considered a self install ?

Not every municipality in the US requires UL....yet. Maybe yours does, maybe your plumber isn't sure. But CE is pretty well recognized in the USA. I'd do it yourself and save the cash at any rate...
