Asking on behalf of a friend of mine who is having a problem with one of the valves on his wisbro manifold, which is part of a radiant heating system. It appears that the valve is no longer manufactured (part # A2450028), so I'm wondering if there is someone out there who might have a discarded wisbro 1 1/4" manifold that has a few working valves that they might be willing to part with?

You might want to try calling a place like Pexsupply.com and ask if they have a drop-in replacement part available....

Been there, done that. The part is discontinued and there is no replacement, according supplyhouse.com. Looking for someone who might have access to one we can scavenge from an old discarded manifold, perhaps.

Yes you need to find the exact replacement. While the threads are common the pin stroke is often different.

Some times E-bay is a good source for that old inventory stuff.
