I just installed a Lopi Evergreen stove and was wondering how I can keep track of its temperature since it's a convection top stove. Thanks in advance.

Here is my Lopi Evergreen. Love this stove. When loaded N/S with dry splits later in the evening I don't need to get up in the night to reload. Rake the coals forward in the AM, add the a couple of dry splits, keep the door ajar for a few minutes and I'm off again
