We had a Lopi Pioneer bay pellet insert installed less than 2 years ago and have had nothing but problems. We have had the service people out several times to replce control panel, sealer, et. and it still has worked. It never seemed to blow right and the window got black and sootty right after cleanig, the lid got extremely hot and the back walls always full of ash. Yesterday it started smoking bad and the house filled up quick with smoke from it. We extinguished and now trying to get them to replace it. any advice?

I am at wit's end!
