Question:
My father has both a fireplace and a cabinet shop. He has seen Pressed wood-product fireplace logs for sale in the stores (such as "Presto Logs") and wonders if there is a practical way for him to make a similar product for his own use from sawdust residue from his cabinet shop. Are there hydraulic presses and binder materials available for home use or are these logs only made with high volume- expensive machinery? Do you sell or have a source for home use log makers? Thank you for your time
Answer:
No- there is no such product..the equipment is very fancy and expensive- and is designed for large output of finished goods. Hope this helps.
