Made a bunch of sand candles out on the beach a few decades ago...but certainly never anything of molten metal outside of Metal Shop. That's pretty dang cool. Rick
 
First - get yourself a bucket full of molten pewter....

Pretty cool that he simply used the beach sand and made a mold.
