Manual on and Off works but reomote does not

    Hi All

    Just this morning our Quadrafire stopped responding to the remote. I put in new batteries at the beginning of the month and I can see the LED on the remote fine and it appears to be working fine. I turned the power on and off to the stove and took the batteries in and out but the fire still will not respond. It will respond to the manual on and off switches but not the remote. Does anyone have any good troubleshooting idea?
