The problem with identifying those old stoves is that there were hundreds of folks locally welding up wood stoves during the seventies/early eighties oil crunch. They disappeared in 1987-88 with the advent of the EPA emissions regs.
 
That one surely looks like a on-up.....that is, a local welding shop who may have made a couple dozen or a couple hundred. At one point they were sprouting up everywhere. Chances are it's from the 1978-1980 time period, but I've never seen any like it and the B's on the door and lack of a cast door make it seem not to be a known brand.
