Maple?

guess we are lucky in the east, we only burn maple if it fell down and we need to get it out of the way. I grew up w/ red & white oak, hickory as well. We cut down a Mulberry tree 2 years ago, a real yellow wood, burned unbelievably well. If I do burn maple, I like it not quite seasoned. You can get some tremendous heat out of "slightly green" maple :)
