My wood shed is 24' x 12' and I stack the wood 7' tall, around how much wood is in my shed when it's totally full??

I want to try and keep track of how much wood I use this year...........thanks.

1 cord of wood is 128 cubic feet.

So, your wood shed is 2016 cubic feet of wood (24 x 12 x 7). Simply divide any volume like this by 128 cubic feet to get the cords.

Looks like it holds a lot of wood.

Wow, that puts it at 15.75 cord.

even if I take a few feet off for measuring the outside of the walls, it still puts me over 15 cord.

I think I got a good start at next year too.......

Carryin the naught gives a double naught plus two is 15.75 cord

according to Jethro

edit: I wasn't equating anyone's math skills to Jethro. I just take any opportunity to give props to my homie J.B.

Since I'm a teacher by profession, I guess I didn't want to do all the math for him, just set him up. I can't help it.
