Morso 2B corner installation clearances

Not really a corner, a reverse corner. Where my kitchen, hallway and livingroom meet I want to install this stove, where the clock tower is in the attached photo. I plan to remove the walls to the left and right of the clock tower, leaving only short stubs for the carrying beams. So how close could I put this stove?

Looks like you need 22 inches from the walls to the back corners of the stove. See the install manual here:

Even if you leave only the "stubs" of the walls, you probably have to maintain that 22" from the plane of the wall in order to have the proper clearance from the back.
