yep, run the saw wide open, slowly back off the "H" screw til you get max RPM, then keep backing off the "H" screw til you get the 'flutter' or 'two-cycling'. Good to go.....you always want a little two-cycling to keep the cylinder from being leaned out when you are making the cut.....
