I broke down and got the computer to assist in working on Mt Vernons'. I have a Mt Vernon and gave the toy a run through, it is very nice and I can see where it will help. It will not do a cleaning or empty the ash pan.

    What will it tell you?
  3. kinsmanstoves Minister of Fire

It will monitor blowers, auger, sensors, temps, and speeds of the blowers as they are running. It will also let you cycle each computer controlled component. It will also update fuel tables. It will also let me enter my dealer info so when the stoves throws codes it tells the customer where to call. maybe I will put 911 in there, haha. I am not an expert with this but I am still playing.

Sounds like a real time saver!

Version 2.0 should clean the stove, though.

Just as I'm sure you found out using the iPad, once you get an iMac for your desk, you'll NEVER go back to any crappy windows machine.

Good job Eric. Keep up with the times and keep the customers happy. One way to sustain your level of dealership.

Very few like you (in our area anyways). Good job.. :)

I helped a friend fix her stove using Skype. It was a hoot! An entire state away, and it was free. Can't beat that!
