That's where it gets tricky. Travis has a strict policy that prohibits their dealers from selling outside their assigned territory, which usually means that your dealer can price it how he wants. Now... that doesn't mean that you can't find someone to sell you one online. I'll send you a pm on this as well.
For Lopi igniter...you can use just a regular 4" 300w igniter (cartridge heater) but you have to drill out the weld on the set screw and adapt some disconnects to the wires. Travis drops a weld on the set screw so you have to buy the whole apparatus. Still their part is only $68 bucks but the cartridge heater itself is only about $10 sourced many places
