Does anyone have experience with the NPI45 insert? I couldn't dig up much about it.

It looks nice and would fit my application perfect, but past complaints about bearing noise on Napoleon's other insert model (NPI40) has me concerned. Can anyone verify if that problem was ever corrected? Any other comments regarding this model?
