I was looking online at a few Napoleon stoves and I came across three that seem remarkably similar.

Napoleon Timberwolf 2200, Napoleon 1450, and Napoleon 1400PL

They pretty much look the same and the only difference I could find was the size of the Firebox. The Timberwolf is about 1.9 CU, while the 1450 and 1400 both have 2.25 CU boxes.

Here are the different write ups, but some of the details are missing:

So here is the PDF:

Looks like price wise the:
2200 for $765 with legs
1450 for $989 on a pedestal
1400 for $1200 with legs

Are they basically the same stove with just a different size firebox and legs VS pedestal? Ignoring the aesthetic aspects it seems like the 2200 or the 1450 make the most sense from a bang for your buck standpoint.

The Timberwolf is a budget line from Nap.

The 1450 is a basic black version of the 1400. No ash pan, pedastel only, no brass goodies no enamel paint options etc. Same stove inside tho and we really like ours, the price was right and given it's in the basement it doesn't need to be a "looker" to impress the guests ;)
