Every time we get a driving rain I get water down the flue. Its happened 4 or 5 times now. Is anyone else having this problem and what would be a good chimney cap recommendation to solve this issue.

Yeah we need to know what cap you have now. If it doesn't have a one inch or so rise inside it above the base of the cap, hard to explain, then water is gonna just collect and run into the lowest point. Which would be the pipe. If that is the case then a different cap or trimming a couple of inches piece of stove pipe and inserting it into the pipe inside the cap should create a "dam" to keep the water out. But most caps have that already.
Looks a bit like rigid liner. If that is the case, also check the top plate as a potential source of leaks. For a cap Rockford carries a design with a side baffle.
