Need Help with a Englader 25-PUF

Called Englander the other day and told them that my 25-PUF was not burning well, and they sent me a combustion Motor, a length of Hopper Gasket and a Steel Plate. I've changed combustion motors before but I have no idea what the gasket and Steel plate are for. I also got a Tube of High Temp Mortor. Any Help,it's cold tonight.
 
Call them back and ask for the how to install instructions.

Can you take a pic and post it of the metal plate?
