hello all.

been a while since i've been on forum. guess it's been going ok with the stove.

problem has arisen. stove was running perfect for about the first 4 days of the heating season then today it started on it's own twice! set on thermostat at 65 degrees, house was at 70 degrees anbd the unit turned on, dropped pellets, ran through fan cycle and turned off. an hour later it happened again?????????

nothing in the owners manual about mysterious start ups??

thank you in advance

bob

What thermostat are you using?

Does the call light come on when this happens?

Ok, that would be a BIG clue as to what's causing the problem.

Check batteries in remote.
