Need Motivation to Install 2nd Stove

Loud enough to be a problem? You could always switch it off.

I have it on low, and it's just a bit quieter than a hairdryer. Surprising, really. I can actually hear it 70 ft away down the gallery at the other end of the house.
 
Nearly as loud as a window A/C unit.
 
Maybe its cause its a stand alone stove?? My insert high valley has a blower on a reostat, and its actually mounted under the front of it so its on the hearth. But on say semi low (full low is so slow it barely moves air) i cant hardly hear it on the other side of the room. You have to have it on medium to really even notice it over the tv. A hair dryer it loud as all get out!!!
