Hello, I’m looking to have you (the experts) possibly make some suggestions for a redesign here. Now I’m just a Computer guy, not an electrician, heating & air guy or welder. So I need to come up with a plan & list of parts that I can have someone with reasonable knowledge install. My major problem is not being able to find anyone in my area with decent experience. So I’m left to figure this out on my own here.

The house was built in 2003, about 2800 SQ FT, baseboard heat.

Items of interest & Notes:
Water Storage, was looking in to the 820 Gallon Heat Bank at American Solartechnics (http://www.americansolartechnics.com/820.html)
Power Loss Solution for Safety. If Just put a UPS in, all the zones an electronics reside on the Oil Burner, not the EKO.
I’m limited to a hatchway / bulkhead access to the basement with cement stairs.

Possible back up for summer time. Is this a good idea?
Geyser Heat Pump Water Heater (Would work with storage right?)
Would this be better than using oil in the summer, seeing that it would be using electricity? Would this work out to be cheaper?

Here is a link with some pictures of my current setup. I just don’t think I have setup the best I can.

Any other suggestions for improvements?

Thank you so much for any help.
