Just built this 8x16 shed. Now the fun part to fill it

Yeah, my BIL just got a BK insert and he built a shed like yours but about 1/3 the size, I told him good start and he seemed to understand when I explained the rule of thumb is to plan for X amount of space and then double it.

Nice job. I plan to do a few similar structures of 4x4s on deck support lean-tos once the snow melts. Mine are gonna be 18'x 5' and cover 2 cords each. I have to go long/skinny based on my yard layout. We've got about 15 inches on the ground here and where I'm building isn't very level so I need to be patient. Chomping at the bit!

Yea. I had the supports up pre snow here. Finished it up post snow haha
