We bought and installed a summers heat 55-SHPCAB80S about 3 weeks ago. It worked great for 2 weeks. Last weekend vacuumed out the ash and now it won't ignite. Keeps giving a failed to start error. When I clean out the burn pot the pellets by ignitor are hardly burnt. Can't figure out why it suddenly stopped working.

Use a toothpick to ensure the hole is clear. Do this every time you clean. You also may not be getting enough air thru the pellets. I see this with short pellets. They stack in tightly once they drop from the auger and drop to the right. Sometimes, i have to pull short pellets away from the hole only leaving 6 or 7 close to ignite.
