Hi and thanks for the cudos,
The insert is the 33 elite by FireplaceX and we surrounded it with soapstone tile ( over the original brick) and added an accent tile as a line between the soapstone. The panels over the fireplace ( husband built) were there, but stained dark before.We stacked our first load of firewood day before yesterday.............2/3 'ds of a cord and are hoping it will carry us for awhile, at least till we learn the fine points of the stove.
